Please get your check up from a qualified Gynaecologist. There is nothing like bubbles in the uterus or in the vagina. You have to be bothered about the pattern of your menstrual cycle,  size and shape of the uterus, if tubes are patent or not, and your timing of the intercourse in relation to fertile period. With this information you can consult a Gynaecologist on Practo.

The report says the sperm count and the motility of the sperm is low. You also have to do be evaluated to know the chance of getting pregnant and uterine prolapse.

Sperm motility is low. May require sperm processing with IUI. Visit a centre and get sperm analysis with a World Health format after 3 days abstinence!
