Pcod and grade II fatty liver
As per my ultrasound report I have pcod and grade II fatty liver. Also from lipid profile test, can see high triglyceride level. Attached my report Whether I can have skimmed milk? Whether it Wil increase the triglycerides level? What all foods can be taken and which needs to be avoided.

U can have skimmed milk once or twice a day.
