Hi there, what you describe are possibly physical symptoms of anxiety and possibly unrelated to paroxetine. It is improbable that a couple of days of taking the meds cause long standing distress. Paroxetine washes out of the body  in around 100 hours since the last dose. And two days of taking it, will not cause a month of withdrawal symptoms. Trust your physician and report any and all untoward reactions to him/her.
Next Steps
See a psychiatrist, or a psychologist as your primary problem persists.
