Talk to experienced dermatologist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Androgenetic alopecia is a common problem and can be delayed by medications but usually needs a hair transplant.
Consult a Plastic Surgeon or Hair transplant Surgeon trained in both FUE and FUT for a detailed discussion.
Adding PRP therapy at the time of hair transplant and during followup will yield a sustainable result.
Male pattern hair loss needs to be treated in two step... First step is prevention of further thinning.. Second step is hair regrowth and density recovery.
We also need to do blood tests to find out other possible reasons like vitamin deficiencies, thyroid issues, etc and treatment accordingly.
PRP with Dermaroller can help in both prevention and recovery of hair density in long term and it has no side effects as there is no surgery involved.
Next Steps
I would suggest you consult qualified dermatologist for proper diagnosis and detailed explanation as pattern hair loss needs long term treatment.
