Kindly consult and give proper detailed history along with symptoms for evaluation and take proper timely treatment with relevant investigations if required.
Patchy hair growth is not caused by masturbation could be genetics or nutritional or hormonal, avoid unproven oils medicines please book a dermatology consultation for examination and tests if needed.
Patchy moustache and beard growth can occur due to genetics, age-related hair development, hormonal factors, or certain skin/nutritional conditions. Masturbation from ages 19–23 does not cause permanent beard or moustache thinning. Sexual drive can also vary naturally and is not necessarily related to facial-hair growth.
Next Steps
Consult a dermatologist/physician if the growth is significantly patchy, has recently reduced, or there are smooth bald patches. They can assess whether hormone or nutritional testing is appropriate.
Health Tips
Maintain a balanced diet with adequate protein, sleep and regular exercise. Avoid self-starting testosterone, Ayurvedic medicines, or multiple supplements without medical advice.

Consult directly for detailed evaluation and assessment of scalp and beard for any fungal infections which may coexist and cause patchy hair loss.
Next Steps
If the person is not on any regular medications and does not have any diagnosed illnesses,It is suitable to apply 5% MINOXIDIL using a dermaroller over the areas of patchy hair loss once a day consistently for atleast 1 month
Health Tips
Do a patch test before applying minoxidil over the areas of hair loss to look for any allergic or adverse skin reaction. Consult directly for better evaluation and treatment
Patchy beard growth can be genetic, but sudden or clearly smooth patches may indicate alopecia areata or a skin condition and need examination. Masturbation does not cause beard loss or permanent reduction in sexual strength. Avoid self-prescribed oils, testosterone or ayurvedic sex medicines; they may be ineffective or unsafe.
Next Steps
Arrange an in-person skin and general health evaluation, especially if patches are smooth, spreading or itchy; tests can be guided by examination. For personalised advice, book a Practo consultation with me.
