Moustache and Beard hairs

Hello Dr,I'am 22 yrs,weight is 60kg,Height 5.7..My moustache and beard hairs used to grow very improperly becoz of which I don't have a perfect & proper moustache and full beard..would anyone please suggest me,what's the reason behind it and how can I make it proper??
