Partial ACL tear
I have distal partial ACL tear whether it is self healable ? How long it takes to heal?after healing wheather person use to jump(dance)...or play normal sports like badminton or do squats??

If you protect it well chances are it will heal in 6 months to 10 months time. And after a year or 2 with good physio you can start doing all those exercises and sports. But if in some cases it doesn't heal even after 1 year then you may need surgery
