Paralysis right side body.
My mom had accident 2 years ago after surgery she got paralysis. Now she can walk but not perfect but right hand movement not going on. If I can continue physiotherapy she can full recover or effect daily activities for herself.

Yes definitely but may I know whether she developed Right Shoulder subluxation? if yes then focus over there by Shoulder stabilisation brace, Neuromuscular Electrical stimulation (Faradic stimulation), then Progressive resisted exercises, or if only hand functions impaired then try to Visit Occupational Therapist for that.

Yussss definitely physiotherapy only treatment for paralysis..u should continue physiotherapy untill full recovery of patient

Through exercises and stimulation only the movements will start. Physiotherapy should be continued, it will take time to recover fully in order to gain strength to muscles exercises must be done atleast thrice a day even after physio session.
