Paracetamol-fever reduced to normal 97.7
Yesterday night my 1 year 11 months baby has temperature 100.5 ° F and gave paracetamol 250 . 2 doses with 6 hours gap 3ml. Today now @ 12:50 pm he has 97.7 ° F temperature. Now should I continue giving him paracetamol with 6 hrs gap until  today midnight 12 am. Or should I stop giving paracetamol by considering there is no fever? Please suggest Doctor. Thank you.

If no fever , don’t have to give paracetamol, document temperature every 4 hour once. If temp >100 then give paracetamol.
