Papule in the right eye lid
My right eye is very painful since a week. Today I noticed there is reddish papule on the inner side of the upper eye lid. I have dry eyes and use lubricant drops. However I stopped using it and I work so much of my time in-front of the laptop.

These could be concretising. Calcified deposits in the conjunctiva. They are painful as they rub against the cornea during blinking. Please start the lubricant drops and use them profusely and frequently. See an eye surgeon as they may have to be removed physically.
