Panic disorder
Hi I am feeling nervous and restless since past 1 month. I fear I will die or something will to my loved ones. Once or twice in a week I really feel anxious. My ears make funny breezing noise and I have headache and acidity. I had palpitations which have stopped but my heart beat increases whenever I'm fearful. I am a normal working woman started thyronorm 25 mcg n then later 50 mcg for my Hypothyroidism for very TSH - 5.5. Now I stopped it on the advice of cardiologist. Got all my tests they are normal according to him but I still get anxious. Please help. I'm not on any medication sometimes my BP goes high then comes back normal. I have happy family no financial constraints. Got disturbed this January 2017 as my dad got hospitalised he is doing very much fine now but I'm confused have I gone mad or is it some drug induced. It's effecting my daily life. I get scared to be alone or go anywhere alone. Which is quite contrary to what I am. Please help.

Thanks for the detailed information. Too much fear and anxiety can make a person less productive. There are some techniques like Cognitive Behavior therapy which you can learn from the Counselling psychologist. These might help you to relax and think more realistically.
Next Steps
Practicing anulom vilom pranayam will also help you to relax and calm down.
