Panic attacks and negative thinking
I get lot of negative thoughts, and I get panic attacks often,.. how to get rid of this. I m not able to travel in bus train and flights. I using my own car for long journey.. I m not able to eat foods which I use to eat previously. I get panic attacks even for food also.

Panic attacks can be a very frightening experience and it seems to be expanding to more and more items.
Next Steps
It would be important to seek help as a combination of anti-anxiety medication and cognitive behavioural therapy is very effective in treating panic disorder
