Panic attack
My sister started getting panic attack once in a while like once in 4 months (3 times now) whom should i consult or is it something very dangerous

Not dangerous So don't worry. But Consult a psychologist for sure to help you deal with this Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online or in person All the best

Hi Check the trigger factor for the panic attack. But once in 4 months is normal. But still counseling works well.
Next Steps
Consultant a psychologist, or beta blockers works well which will be pricribed by psychiatrist.
Health Tips
Try 1. Deep breathing 2. JPMR works well. ( But so it under psychologist observations for few sittings) . 3. Exposure therapy works well if you find the trigger. all the best
