Pan 40 mg is a proton pump inhibitor used to treat acid peptic disease. But if you are taking this tablets regularly at your age which is 21 years we need to evaluate you further. If you are taking it once in 2 months or so then it is fine but anything more than this needs evaluation. Please remember that these medications can cause liver failure and kidney stones especially if you have started taking this medication at a young age.
Moxifloxacin and dexamethasone eye drops are not a contraindication for the use of Pan 40 and can be used.
