Palpitations
From Sept I am having palpitations and back pain . I have shown to a cardiologist and my ecg and 2d echo are normal. My thyroid,vit d3 and cbc is also normal. Since I also had stomache I had shown to a gastroenterologist. They diagnosed me for dyspepsia. Now when I'm getting up after sitting I've palpitations and also my calves are aching my left side back pains. I'm not getting what's the problem. I also get tired very soon.

It's because of anxiety. Drink plenty of water. Ors also. Don't take unnecessary stress. Keep your self motivated. Don't over think. Do some physical activity. Start meditation and yoga. Eat properly. Avoid spicy and oily food. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Reduce your caffeine intake. Take a break.
