Palpitation and back pain
Palpitation on right side of the chest, sometime on the left arm, shoulder and leg. Also back pain exactly at centre (behind the heart). Also I feel something spring kind of Movement on my back (don't know how to explain this). Also chest pain on mY left side of chest near the breast, check up completed Chest x ray, ECG, Ct angiogram, head and cervical MRI. Heart ultrasonography, Gastroscopy,- all results are fine, nothing came out.
Feel sometime like I will be having a heart attack.
Please advise, what kind of problem I am facing ?
This is happening since last 6-7 months.

Be relaxed n start doing yoga n stretching exercises...rest your mind n body...do some breathing exercises...that wil reduce ur anxiety...that might b due to acidity and gas accumulation also....take second opinion...
