Painless rootcanal or painless treatment
Is there any treatment for rootcanal or implantation which is completely painless or most of te treatment cover up sitting painless ? Since im veey scared to go to dentist i had a bad exp before, so any suggestions for the painless treatment

Any dental treatment that could be painful is done under local anesthesia which makes it completely painless.. a properly administered anesthesia will surely make your treatment painless.. even the prick of local anesthetic injection can also be made painless.. please convey your feelings to your dentist who can take care of you easily

Any dental treatment involving pain like root canal or dental implant is done under local anesthesia so they are painless and only the prick of an injection is felt at the beginning of the procedure, there are equipments of latest technology to even minimise the prick of an injection if pain threshold is too low.

Inform the doctor about your fear of pain beforehand, numbing creams and gels can be used prior to injection as well.

Any dental treatment which includes removal of pulp tissue ( root canal and extraction ) are done under local anaesthesia ... So u will not experiance any pain it's completely painless ... But some time because of some infection i.e if pus is present or any swelling the Local anaesthesia will act slowly so need to wait and carry out procedure .. so don't worry about pain ...
