Prescription seems to be fine acc to me. Follow it properly.
There are both digestive and respiratory issues. For respiratory issues you've been prescribed meds.
For digestive issues, follow a soft diet for two weeks. Not spicy, no non veg food.
You'll be fine.
Eat light, avoid spicy/oily food, don’t lie down right after meals.
Warm water, steam inhalation for cough.
Drink 2–3 L water, add fruits/veg/isabgol for stool.
Short course of PPI (pantoprazole/omeprazole) + mild laxative may be needed
Next Steps
See a physician if cough >1 week, breathlessness, blood in stool, or severe pain.
You seem to be confused.
What exactly is worrying you?
Is it cough or constipation?
There is nothing in common between the management of the two situations.

Your symptoms suggest both digestive and respiratory issues which need proper evaluation. Cough after food/drinks can sometimes be due to reflux, allergy, or airway problems, while incomplete stool passage may point to digestive causes. Ascoril may not help if the main trigger is reflux
Next Steps
“I’d recommend a detailed consultation so I can understand your cough pattern, diet, and digestion issues better and guide you with the right treatment
Health Tips
Meanwhile, try to eat small meals, avoid lying down soon after food, and drink warm water — this may reduce cough temporarily.
