Paining in left upper gum, after last upper tooth, no other pain, yes a mild pain while shollowing, inside mouth left cheek is swollen compared to right

Swelling in mouth indicates there may be a deeply decayed tooth or some gum infection,see a dentist asap,,do war saline rinses 3-4 times daily for temporary relief. Donot do any hot fomentation from outside the cheek.
