Painful urination treated but stillcough
I have existing mild hydroureteronephrosis. Last week I had lots of alcohol and unprotected sex. Suddenly got very painful urination while urinating,after urinating and frequent urine. I got treated with oroflox antibiotics for 5 days . Now I have little throat pain , cough , little dizziness , muscle aches , little abdominal pain with sometimes back sides pain. What treatment should I take or that antibiotics are fine or is it any viral fever ?
