Hi..it could be because of decayed wisdom tooth or a molar. Take Tablet Ketorol-DT two tablets in half glass of water after food followed by one each after every meal for three days. Visit dentist ASAP for either extraction or root canal treatment. Regards

It looks like your molar tooth has a cavity which affected and infected the pulp, please go to your dentist as soon as possible

Good evening. Seems like a combination of more than one conditions from your description. As far as the dental problem concerns, the tooth would require a filling, RCT(root canal treatment), or removal. The spreading nature of pain to your shoulder & right hand could indicate a concomitant muscle spasm or bone/nerve involvement .. Hence would write a visit to an orthopedician/neurologist.

Hii...it seems the cavity is deep enough reaching your nerves and causing pain. Visit your dentist asap, get the x ray done. If it is wisdom tooth it most probably needs to be removed!! Take care

See from your condition we can say you have deep cavity in your last tooth, go to your nearby dentist and get your xray done then only he will guide you about the further treatment either to go for extraction or root canal treatment, do it earliest
