Painful shoulder
My daughter is a volleyball player and she injured her shoulder and is unable to move it or use it. The pain has just gotten worse and it’s so bad to the paint where she can’t even open a car door because the pain has gone to her hands sometimes. The main source of pain is on the back of her shoulder and it extends to her arm and neck. please help

Symptoms suggest intrarticular shoulder pathology...may be a labral tear or rotator cuff arthropathy (less likely) .
Try:
1. Ice pack application will help
2.Medications like Enzomac forte will help.
