You may be having a boil, if you are having fever with chills and rigour immediately meet a surgeon for planning further surgery if indicated. And get your CBC done

Its a boil. Boils are very common in that area.
Take homeopathic medicine Belladonna 200 5 pills 4 times a day with 3-4 hours gap. Let me know how you feel.
Repeatedly was the boil with luke warm water moist cloth.
