I've pcod since I was 18 years of age. I've a paraovarian cyst.
I also have mild thyroid and obesity. I'm trying to reduce weight.
No matter what, with each intercourse it's still painful.
What's the reason behind it?

You have medical issues
First you need to correct them
2nd try lubricants while intercourse in most of the times it will help
Seek medical help and have a proper healthy lifestyle
You should have an MRI scan done and consult a Gynaecologist. A paraovarian cyst can't be the cause of severe dyspareunia. If it is then it should be removed.
You should also get your CA 125 test done before surgery.
