Paraovarian cyst
I have been detected paraovarian cyst of normal size during ultrasound. Trying for conception  since 4yrs. Doctor suggested HSG test after finding other things normal. Even suggested to remove cyst before HSG test. Can a cyst be a problem to give correct findings of HSg? Or should I go directly with HSG? No PCOD , ovulation is also proper. Pl guide.

Paraovarian cysts are usually incidental findings. They don't interfere with or cause any problem when in smaller size. You have mentioned normal size..? would be helpful if you the mention the correct size. As I said earlier they don't interfere with your HSG test or its result. You can do your HSG directly. If planning for conception for 4 year is it for first baby...?I see you are 34 yrs now....how many years of married life?I need lot more details to guide you...
Next Steps
provide more details regarding the treatment for conception for past 4 years
