Painful gums back and front tooth
Hi 28f...iam having painful gums swollen red whole teeth front and inside also ....unable to eat or even drink ....mouth sores along with that ...throat pain....fever too since 6 days....using paracetamol ibuprofen tablet and also a gel for mouth sores but what to do with this painful and swollen red gums plz help me out...

Maybe you are having viral or throat infection. You need proper medication. For painful and infected gums you can do warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, use mouthwash. But you should consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Start with warm saline rinses firstly. Share ur xray with respect to that tooth. For mouth sore start using orasore gel.

Maybe of viral origin or heavy calculus deposits. Could be due to hormonal changes incase of pregnancy or menstruation. Please consult a dentist asap

Hi....looks like manifestation of viral infection. You can consult a near by doctor to confirm. Usually viral infections are self limiting. Till then your doctor  will give symptomatic  treatment.
