Painful gum ulcer
I have a very painful ulcer like thing in the gum region below tooth in the lower left.
Please help what to do

It maybe due to some kind of infection from near by tooth, u need to visit dentist and make a X-ray also so that diagnosis will be clear, that is their any cavities or pus formation.
