I've been having painful bowel movements for months now. have been trying to drink more water. when i have BM's it feels like they're scratching me on the inside like i'm passing glass. my anal area feels really sore for a while after the BM as well

Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three tines a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days.
