Pain while pooping
Hello doctor
I feel pain while pooping and after pooping also pain persist and sometimes burning sensation is experienced and I can see the redness around anus region. Kindly tell me I'm suffering from which problem? Is this piles or fissures? Or something else please doctor

If the redness is outside the anus with no swelling it may be due to perianal abscess. It can be managed initially with proper dose of antibiotics. Consult with proper history for better management.
