Hi, this is Dr Hitin Mathur, foot and ankle surgeon practicing in Delhi NCR. Welcome to Practo. High uric acid could be one cause of heell pain. A tight plantar fascia or tight calf could also contribute to the same. A malalignment of the foot or low vitamin D can also be additive cause. So examination of the feet will help in finding the offending cause. Calf stretching and plantar fascia stretching exercises in consultation with a physiotherapist will be helpful. Dietary modifications for uric acid and some medications for the same would be required.
