Pain under chest and heart
I have severe pain under my chest and also a pain near my heart and when I take deep breath it pains more it feels like muscle pain and creates discomfort while sleeping and I also have acute stomach ache

Do u have any acidity problem ?? Do u have cough ?? Is it increased after intake of Spicy food?

Hello, if the pain is under your chest, along with a stomach pain, it could be acidity and you could get better with medicine. But if the stomach pain is acute you have to consult at an emergency department. Also less common possiblity of fluid in chest,  if you are having fever along with increase in pain on deep breathing.
