  4. Pain through arm. I do to relieve this!

I saw a massage therapist today and now my arm has shooting pain through my shoulder into my thumb and so I was wondering if I should be worried or how long it will take for it to go away and what can I do to relieve this

You should consult an ortjo surgeon as soon as possible coz this is a disc prolapse causing nerve compression.
