Pain ,swelling under ears near the jaw.
I have ear pain, low end jaw pain for past 10 days. My nose and ear are blocked. I have swelling under the ears near the low end of the jaw. It's exactly under the ears. Have pain inside the ear. Ear completely feel full and blocked. No relief for even a second. Diagnosed as suppurative Otitis media without spontaneous rupture of eardrum, sinusitis. Taking amoxicillin, indomethacin NSAIDs for a week. Along with Zyrtec antihistamine and Flonase drops. If it not subside, asked me to check with dentist. I don't know if it's a dental issue or ear issue or sinus issue. I am having completely congested nose and ear. There's is a sharp pain under the ears at the lower end of the jaw. I have swelling on the same spot. What could be the issue? How long should I take Zyrtec and Flonase drops? How to get relief from this pain, fullness and swelling? Attaching the image. Thank you.

I think you have swollen neck lymph node ( swollen jugulo digastric lymph node) also.. Due to this ongoing infection and most likely tonsillitis. Plz consult online. Don't take this condition lightly

This look like parotitis to me (infection of parotid salivary gland). Plus looking into your history seems that you are having sinusitis too. Suppurative otitis media can be secondary to sinusitis.
Next Steps
Consult online for proper history and treatment
