I am having heavy periods these days and I am observing that the cramps in stomach is there. Many people have suggested me to take paracetamol for the pain during periods. Is it safe to take crocin or any other paracetamol to relieve pain during periods?

Paracetamol is safe. More than that you should get a sonography of Lower abdomen done and consult a Gynaecologist in your area or on Practo with the report.
