Pain radiating downwards
I am 34 years old... recently after I wore heels one day there is pain in back radiating towards side of thigh then to leg...pain sometimes suddenly during walking or when lying down shifting the position...what can be done???

Can be sciatica Avoid wearing heels , maintain spine in straight posture and Avoid forward bending and lifting weights Physiotherapy back IFT and strengthening exercises
