Heel pain in both the heels
Have pain in both the heels. Can't stand or walk bare foot in the morning and pain is there for ever in both the heels.

Most common cause of heel pain is tight calf or plantar fascia. Low vitamin D levels raised uric acid or other inflammatory causes can also lead to heel pain. Please book video consult for better evaluation of your heel pain.
