Pain post c section delivery
I had my c section delivery on 30th May and it was full term. My pain and all stitches are recovered well. Just I feel soreness around the skin and area just near to incision where the belly fats and muscles are hanging. It's the stretch marks that feel sore and pains when touched . Does stretch marks pain? What can I do it recover from it?

Stretch marks don't cause pain but the area around the stitch line may be raw and dry and that may cause pain. You should use Bio oil for gentle massage, to be done twice a day.

Your body will take time to completely heal. Take full diet no restrictions. Plenty of water.take proteins and supplements regularly they must be prescribed by your doctor.
