Hi there...what is the age of the patient? And the symptoms you are describing are very vague. Is it a generalised swelling or a localised swelling? And since how many days is he suffering from it? Any aggravating or relieving factors?diurnal variation? Also associated symptoms like fever, trauma will have to looked into. So kindly consult a general physician at any hospital for further evaluation. If it's a localised swelling in the neck, then contact a general surgeon.
