Pain only for seconds in any of my tooth

I am sending a x-ray. Please tell me for which tooth i want to get for root canal. My first upper molar or second molar is affected or only second molar is affected. What would i do for my first molar.

I would suggest to go for both the teeth. The first and the second molar are both affected.
