hello, as per the x-ray shown above. there are certain teeth over which crowns have been placed without doing the root canal treatment. so if you have pain, you need to get those teeth treated. also, long span bridges are not advisable.

Hello, Mam,as a Root canal specialist I advise you see an Endodontist and get a second opinion. You also need to specify which tooth you are having discomfort,as I can see that you have undergone elaborate Dental procedures with many Root canals. Regards Dr Suman makam

I  am an endodontist and first of all I would like to know the reason of getting Rct and crown in so many teeth at such young age ...or is it someone else's OPG? Secondly pain after Rct is common but it's threshold decreases with time. Sometimes after crown placement there is a transient pain due to the high points.
Next Steps
Please discuss the problem with your dentist
Health Tips
take a second opinion from an endodontist.

There are many rct treated teeth and in few teeth crown is placed without rct,  please specify in which teeth you have pain,  or get second opinion.
