Yes you can apply heat packs and diclo gels like move and use crepe bandage for 1 week. This should get better in 1week. If not then take tab Dolo 650 twice a day after food x 3days and get vitamin d and b12 levels checked If low vitamins, get injections. And your pains will go.

Take muscle relaxants and ice packs. Avoid heavy work. Of no relief in 4-5 days . Please consult for further opinion
