• Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Your symptoms suggest coccydynia.(inflammation of coccyx). Try: 1. Sitz bath ( A tub of hot water with dettol in which affected are has to be dipped in- 10 mins twice daily) for 10 days. 2. Medications like Enzomac, Tendocare and Ceftum will help. 3. Sit on a soft pillow or coccydynia pillow. Your history suggests high energy trauma. Try applying Ice packs. Keep affected limb elevated. Medications like Enzomac will help in swelling.

It must be coccydynia. Take fomentation by sitting in tub filled with hot water. Use coccyx pillow or round cushion with hole in centre to sit.

Must be a case of coccydynia. Usual home remedies are Sleeping on lateral position, soft pillow for sitting, sitz bath.
