Pain of sciatica
Pain in the lower back right side very often , specially after long sitting work . Maximum pain in the morning time

Try gentle lower back stretching exercises along with alternate heat and cold packs for 10 to 15 minutes. Focus on posture in sitting and sleeping..If pain persists consult a Physiotherapist for treatments such as ultrasound IFT, Manual therapy and exercises. Good luck
