Pain near tailbone
So i have constipation sometimes, when i strain, sometimes (very rare though), the area beside my tailbone will hurt while contracting back, is it due to overstraining or is it something serious?

Though its difficult to comment without seeing but it might be due to Proctalgia fugax. Dont overstrain and avoid sitting on hard surfaces
