Pain near heart
I am feeling pain in left shoulde and near nipple area from last 3 year , i was diagnosed with mild PID in C5 C6 ,Meantime i have do ECG several time , from last 3 year pain is same All time ECG report is normal, last month my triglycerdie came to 310 so doctor prescribed me ROZUCOR 10 ,then pain completely relived ,i want to know it can due to heart problem or not

Pain left chest n going to left shoulder is very much suggestive of cardiac issues
Since ur ECG comes clear
So u should go for TMT treadmill test.
Or stress echo to be sure that it's not cardiac origin pain.
