Pain near anus.
Can someone please tell me what it is? Sometimes it pains while passing stool. I can feel a small lump like structure near my anus opening. Patient of UC. Have alot of mucosa in stools. I can actually feel something when I touch it and it pains a bit as well especially while passing stool. Is this normal ? Attached pic. Please check and tell what I can I do for it.

They look like haemorrhoids (piles).
It is not normal.they cause bleeding while passing stools when they enlarge
If not treated early then it can become complicated n need surgical correction. So better get them treated now n prevent further complications
