Itching near anus area
I have itching near my anus, but there are no pimples, fissures, or piles. It just feels itchy sometimes at the bottom. I’m using Hydrocortisone 1g cream it helps a bit but not permanently. Please suggest something.

Don't use hydrocortisone cream without proper diagnosis and prescription
Because its a steroid cream and prolonged usage is not beneficial to your skin
Itching can be due to localised skin infection or some parasitic infestation and many other cases
Consult your doctor and get it checked
Till then use cotton undergarments
Keep buttocks dry and maintain hygiene
