Pain Management
I am already planning for Total Hip Arthroplasty for my right hip in nearby future and currently on pain killers as SOS. However, I need to attend an event on 10th Feb, 2021 which is very important for me. Is there any strong pain killer which can allow me to attend and socialise without limping? Please recommend some oral or injection analgesics, which can give such results.

Hello. Could you please elaborate on the diagnosis. In young age - common causes are AVN hip / Trauma or Paediatric anomalies. Tablet Ultracet can be taken three times in a day after food. If you are feeling Nausea/Vomiting because of the tablet, you can add Tablet Emeset 4mg once in the morning before food. Other strong but safe Painkillers are - Tablet Etova 400mg twice a day after food.
Next Steps
If conservative approaches have been already tried, can go ahead with THR.
Health Tips
Drink 2-3 L of water every day. Use Spray / Hot water Bag Fomentation also along with Painkillers.

Hi. I'm assuming you have AVN of hip. There are other treatments available before Hip Replacement i hope you have tried that before deciding. Also ultracet is a good pain killer to take. Get your vitamin d and b12 injections also. They help.
Next Steps
consult if needed

Its always better to go to the doctor and doctor can write the strong pain killers after proper examination and after seeing your old blood reports. You should not take any potent pain killers without consulting your doctor. Moreover ultracet tab also you will not get without prescription. So i request you to go to your doctor and get proper checkup and then follow the medicines advised. Thanks
