Thank you for sharing your case. Based on the details provided, it seems your symptoms are non-specific and have persisted for years despite multiple investigations. A few considerations:
1. While your tests appear normal, the elevated SGPT (96) might warrant further evaluation for liver health. Sometimes, subtle issues like fatty liver can contribute to discomfort.
2. Pain worsening during the winter could indicate musculoskeletal or neuropathic causes, such as costochondritis, myofascial pain syndrome, or even mild thoracic outlet syndrome. A rheumatology evaluation might help rule out any underlying inflammatory conditions.
3. Lifestyle factors, including posture, stress, and activity levels, should be reviewed. Occasional physiotherapy or guided exercises might relieve musculoskeletal strain.
4. Keep a symptom diary to track triggers like specific foods, postures, or activities that aggravate your pain.
Next steps:
Consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation of liver function.
Consider an orthopedic or rheumatology consultation for musculoskeletal causes.
Explore pain relief measures like local heat application or analgesic creams.
