Pain just below anus
I have been told my doctor online , I have anal fistula . I had abscess which some months back burst itself and this sore comes and goes and becomes puss. I few days back touched the area below anus and had intense pain on pressing . Can anal fistula cause it ?

Fistula in ano causes abscess formation in gluteal region. Laser surgery is best for fistula.
